Retreat Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Alipur location in Delhi.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
Handle guest reservations, checkins, and checkouts efficiently.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
Assist guests with their requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, and managing bookings.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
