As a highly motivated and experienced Java Developer, you will join our DevOps Account team, which supports settlements platforms at Macquarie.

These platforms provide support to several middle and back-office teams globally.

What role will you play?


In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to define requirements and work with the team on coding and testing.

You will also participate in production deployment and upgrade tasks.

Production support is a key learning component of the role, enabling you to engage directly with users of the system and ensure the stability of the production environment.


What you offer

  • Handson experience of 4 to 9 years in Java, Spring Boot and Shell scripting
  • Extensive experience in financial services
  • Strong SQL and database experience, ideally with either Sybase or Oracle
  • Strong experience with messagebased business integration
