We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele Callers.

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients by phone and providing them with information about our product by working on leads (outgoing) & answering incoming calls.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your communication and sales skills while contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients using the leads provided by the company.

Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to promote our product.

Provide accurate information and answer inquiries from clients.

Identify and understand client needs to offer suitable solutions.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing our company.

Achieve set targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident phone manner.

Strong persuasion and selling abilities.

Ability to build rapport and establish a good relationship with clients.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc

Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
