    JOB TITLE: Product Solutions Designer


    Hey there! Ready to join a dynamic team at our company? In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our growth journey by creating cutting-edge product offerings that tackle our customer's most crucial business challenges. Let's dive into the details:


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Engage in deep discovery with our current and potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
    • Collaborate with Product and Services Leaders to develop tailored solutions for specific industries or functional roles
    • Work with various teams to validate solutions, drive revenue, and ensure continuous improvement
    • Shape the product roadmap and scale up successful solutions for long-term growth
    • Reimagine existing offerings for immediate revenue impact and increased adoption
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • 3-6 years of experience with at least 2 years in consulting or strategy
    • MBA from a Tier-1 institution
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
    • Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Prior experience in Product or Product Strategy roles, SaaS industry, or later-stage startups would be a plus
