    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    You'll play a key role in influencing our growth journey, crafting innovative product solutions aimed at addressing our customer's most crucial business challenges.

    Your main tasks will involve identifying and defining these solutions, obtaining customer validation, and establishing their effectiveness.
    You'll also play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with Product leaders and GTM teams.


    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


    - Engage in continuous in-depth exploration with the existing and potential customer base within our target verticals and customer groups.

    - Develop a profound understanding of their business strategies, key goals, daily obstacles, and pain points to pinpoint areas for improvement and innovation.

    - Collaborate with Product and Services Leaders to create tailored solutions for specific industry verticals (e.g. Automotive, Healthcare & Medical Devices, Consumer & Retail, Chemicals, etc.) or functional personas (e.g. Head of Sales Enablement, Head of Customer Experience, Head of Commercial Excellence, Head of Brand & Product Marketing, etc.)

    - Work closely with stakeholders in marketing, pre-sales, sales, and partnerships to validate solutions through pilots and early-stage sign-ups, aiming to drive targeted revenue and establish long-term profit potential.

    - Establish a continuous feedback loop for deployment, adoption, value delivery, and enhancement of solutions throughout their lifecycle. Continuously prioritize solutions for further investment in both Product and GTM, ensuring alignment and support.

    - Shape the product roadmap to guarantee the delivery of prioritized solutions with the right integrations, user experiences, features, and workflows.

    - Collaborate with GTM leaders and teams to scale successful solutions into primary revenue streams for the company's future growth.

    - Furthermore, revamp and repackage existing offerings into revenue-generating solutions and drive their adoption.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    - 3-6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or strategy roles

    - MBA from a top-tier institution

    - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret user needs and challenges into comprehensive problem statements and solution themes

    - Previous experience in managing senior stakeholders and cultivating deep client relationships

    - Ability to interact and influence various levels within a global matrix organization, demonstrating consistent leadership behaviors and effective team management skills

    - Comfort working in complex, dynamic, and unstructured environments to deliver data-driven recommendations and execute projects effectively

    - Demonstrated ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset in achieving goals

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Previous experience in Product or Product Strategy roles is highly advantageous

    - Experience in the SaaS industry is a strong plus

    - Experience in a later stage startup (Series D/E and beyond) is preferred
