  • Performing Technical Service Desk for End User.

Required Skills:


  • Call handling, Ticket sanitization,
  • ITSM tools (Manage Engine
  • Service Desk Plus),
  • SOP based telephonic support to End users,
  • Coordinate with EUS team.
