Key Responsibilities

Creating visually compelling and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including but

not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.

Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target

audience, and translating them into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.

Developing design concepts, layouts, and mockups for review and approval, and incorporating

feedback to deliver high-quality final designs.

Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and

maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

Keeping uptodate with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the

quality and effectiveness of our marketing designs.

Coordinating with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, when necessary to ensure

smooth production and execution of design projects.

Competencies Required

Proven experience as a designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention

to detail, and understanding of effective visual communication.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams

and interpret design briefs.
