    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Manager at the Corporate Office for The Postcard Hotels. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing reservations, revenue, distribution management, OTA management, providing exceptional customer service, effective communication with guests, sales activities, and training of the reservations team.

    • Reservations and Customer Service skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Reservation & Revenue experience
    • Training skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
