Job Description:

Your Team


Global Core Compliance function, part of Invesco's Global Compliance department, is a function managing diverse Compliance areas such as Global Ethics Office, Global Regulatory Reporting, Marketing Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, and others for Invesco's global offices.

The team work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and other Compliance leaders and the business representatives across countries.

Core Compliance helps these stakeholders manage risks, ensure regulatory compliances, and provides solutions and advice on various issues to support them in delivery of products and services in a Compliant manner on the business growth initiatives.


The Invesco India Private Limited (IIPL) Core Compliance team provides compliance services to countries in Americas, EMEA and APAC regions for diverse areas such as policy monitoring (employee personal trading policy, gifts and entertainment and others), regulatory reporting, marketing material reviews, training administration, data analytics, management reporting, global process improvement and automation initiatives.

Your Role

  • Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Business Leadership Program
  • Supports one or more areas within Core Compliance such as policy monitoring (employee personal trading, gifts, entertainment, and others), data analytics, management reporting, training administration, regulatory reporting and monitoring activities, marketing compliance, operational support.
  • Contribute to firm's global initiatives and programs relating to process improvements, enhancing automation, process standardization across countries, improved analytics, and others
  • Provide perspective to the management on relevant issues backed by data driven insights
  • Effectively collaborate with different teams and local/global stakeholders to drive business priorities
  • Coordinate, organize and prioritize operations or projects with a special focus on results
The Experience You Bring

  • Good analytical skills and superb attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High standards of ethics and integrity with strong emphasis on compliance with rules/regulations
Academic requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in Finance (2024 Batch)
  • No current backlogs
  • 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
