Work from office only.
Should be comfortable in night shift/rotational shift.
We are a logistics company based in Canada with inland and interstate trucking at its heart.

We are in close networks with Canadian Rails and Ports and pick up and return freight from/to either of these locations.

Our operations span Ontario, Montreal and US locations.

You will be a part of a 20member team.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Verify, audit and keep detailed records of:
  • Hours of service / log books
  • Driver's payroll
  • Fuel/ vendor invoices
  • Data entry & auditing
  • Ensuring the respect and management of the driver's HOS.
  • Answering incoming calls and managing proper payroll for drivers.
  • All other related tasks & assistances where required.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • International logistics experience preferred.
  • Graduate and above with accounts experience may apply.
  • Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.


  • Proficient with MS

  • Excel and MS
  • Outlook.
  • 1 Year experience in any field.
