Reports to:
Assistant Manager - Sales

Main responsibilities of the Job
1) To develop sales in the designated area for BMI Monier.

2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in
Dehradun & other parts of Uttarakhand
3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the region.

4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get MONIER Product specified.

Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative)

To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
To develop and maintain the dealer network
To have good negotiation and decision making ability
To have good coordination with external agencies
To extend the Marketing activities in the region

Network for the Job:

External Internal
Architects, Dealers, Builders, B2C, B2B Customers All the Office Staff, Production, Accounts and Sales team & Logistics Team

Challenge associated with the JOB

To develop the market which is having inferior quality competitor products

Qualification:

MBA with Marketing

Age:

26-30 (Male/ Female)

Experience:
3-6 years (Officer/Sr. Sales officer). Preferably worked with architects, interiors, builders along with development of channel network.

Skills:
Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel,

Word & PPT

Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)

Geographic Knowledge:
Mandatory working experience in Dehradun & Uttarakhand other parts of the state should be able to travel extensively.
