Accounts Coordinator - Bengaluru, India - MOBILITY INDIA
Description
Job Responsibilities include:
- Bank Liaisoning with Banks for transactions Filling Deposit Payin Slip, NEFT/RTGS Form, TT Letter for foreign Transfer, Transfer slip, BRC letter.
- Providing receipts to clients.
- Pulling Entries for specific project and WS purchase bills and pass entries
- Cheque Writing and passing entries weekly once/twice
- Bank Reconciliation for all banks.
- Prepare Sales and Purchase register for calculation of GST payable.
- Online payment
- ESI, PF, GST & PT and preparing and filing.
- Contacts with banks for various information such as NEFT/RTGS/Cash deposits/Transfer enquiry.
- To upload KYC of staff in PF software and Enomination update and pass the information to HR.
- To do prepare and cross check for GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B and upload submit
- Bank KYC update & new opening of account & signatory documents submit.
- Bank visit & other office for queries clarifications & correspondence work.
- Checking of receipt money tally at the end of the day.
- To do quarterly FCRA return and Stock checking half/yearly
Qualification:
BCOM/MCOM with Tally ERP
Experience: 2-5 years' Experience
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in Tally ERP software
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- A creative and entrepreneurial approach, and willingness to innovate and take measured risks.
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
