    Position : AI Lead (AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, Python, Team Handling)

    Job Description :

    Qualification :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

    - 6-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on AI projects in the last few years.

    - Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, LLM, GenAI, and NLP/LLM.

    - Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

    - Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, etc.

    - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

    - Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

    - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

    - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Role :

    - Implement and optimize AI models and algorithms to meet product requirements.

    - Conduct research and stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries.

    - Evaluate and integrate open-source tools and libraries into the development process to enhance productivity and efficiency.

    - Design and implement scalable and reliable software components for AI applications.

    - Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
