Field Sales Executive - Pune, India - PyjamaHR
Description
The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate revenue through business development to corporate clients.They should have hands on experience of a wide range of marketing tools, be self-motivated and self-manage as well as working well both within the sales function and cross-functionally.
Must work independently and take lead in ensuring sales targets & timelines are met.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Develop and execute personal marketing plan to acquire given sales targets. Independently work on new opportunities for generating additional sales revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop business proposals to convert these opportunities.
- Develop market intelligence, key accounts and competitor information.
- Develop and monitor SLA for all clients
- Ensure collection of all payments as per credit limits
- Responsible for preparing the Daily sales report / Collection and outstanding statements and monitor customer satisfaction surveys.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Meetings with senior staff for new ideas/concepts, trends in the industry.
- Maintain a proper portfolio of accounts.
- To manage and take responsibility of all clients, managing and delivering all aspects of their marketing requirements and building excellent client relations.
- Maintain and update customer list for potential business opportunities.
- Ensure to service sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor in any stream
- MBA / PGDBM (Marketing)
- Degree in Travel & Tourism
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in service industry
- Experience in transport industry

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales & Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
