    Inviting applications for the role of Human Resource Operations (Process Associate/Developer), (Talent Acquisition)

    In this role, you will be responsible to be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done.

    Responsibilities

    ·Support administrative processes for Talent Acquisition

    ·Support with interview setup and administration

    ·Generate Offer letters as per inputs received from recruiter

    ·Pre-hire setup and data coordination

    ·Create new hire records in the system. Systems update for candidate pool maintenance

    ·Provide onboarding process support

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·Bachelor's or equivalent education

    ·Relevant years of working experience in HR shared services/Operations managing transactional processes

    ·Good communication skills (verbal and written) to manage employee queries and high focus on customer centricity

    ·Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment

    ·Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    ·External HR Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage

    ·Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently

    ·Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
