Your Role and Responsibilities
- Owning revenue, profit/loss, overall customer relationship and growth objectives for the assigned Territory/Account.
- Cultivating & steering relationships with customer executive leadership (CEO, COO, CFO) and other investment decision makers within the customer org.
- Driving and ensuring operational excellence in target account.
- Owning operating margin improvement of existing business.
- Responsible for client management, growth & profitability of targeted account(s).
- Responsible for identification & qualification of growth opportunities through consultative selling & driving operational excellence within the account(s).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience should be 15+ Years.
- Drive account growth with focus on expanding Kyndryl' s footprint in the assigned Territory/Account by selling new offerings.
- Conceptualize and execute strong "win strategy" to convert new scope deals for targeted account.
- Execute sales opportunity to grow the base of the contract & drive renewals increase revenue by utilizing Kyndryl' s strategic initiatives to bring value to the client.
- Strong Relationship building skills to maintain and nurture relationships with Client's C Suite.
- Delivery excellence, account governance, net promoter scope.
- Account Management experience in public sector accounts in India is preferred.
- Manage day to day client interactions; ensure client satisfaction at each step during the presales, Sales, and Delivery cycle.
- Develop robust account governance plan; determine review cadence & KPIs to be monitored with Delivery Team.
- CSAT (Client Satisfaction) for targeted account(s) drive targeted initiatives to improve the same.
- Own operating margins improvement of existing business and generate profitable growth.
- Orchestrate and drive margin improvement with Delivery team of targeted account.
