Description

HelixSense Technologies Pvt. looking for a full-time Facility Engineer / NOC Support Executive for Asset management platform under their operations team.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Basic knowledge about the facility operations and equipment.
Good knowledge in Excel, Msword.
Gathering and analysing client asset data.
Determining facility and equipment specifications.
Evaluating the checklist and mapping in system.
Coordinating with reporting manger and implement the project at the site in specified timeline.
Receiving and responding to the calls & mails from clients.
Creating, validating and escalating tickets to internal teams
Coordination with internal teams for confirming the progress on the raised tickets for issue resolution
Preparing reports and attending regular meetings
BE/Diploma/Any Engineering is must
01 year of relevant experience
Experience in MS office
Open to work in shifts
Good Analytical skills
Good communication
Easy grabbing to new technologies
Willingness to explore new technologies and unfamiliar concepts.
Passion for learning about building hardware + software systems.

Environmental job requirements and Working conditions

Working from Office located in Bangalore Whitefield
This position doesn't require travel outside the Bangalore, may required to travel to the client location based on project need form office

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
