    Job Overview: As an Azure Cloud Migration Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing migration strategies for moving on-premises workloads and applications to Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, assess their current IT environment, and develop comprehensive migration plans that ensure a smooth transition to the cloud while maximizing performance, scalability, and security.

    Mumbai/Pune/Noida/Bangalore

    12-15 Years

    Candidates' main responsibilities will be:

    • collaboration on migration and discovery workshops and documentation
    • planning exercises and effort estimation for projects/ proposals
    • responsibility of Microsoft Azure build and migration projects for compute, storage, network and security solution.
    • of solutions (e.g. architecture, configuration and setup).
    • within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading role as part of a wider team.
    • and liaise with other Application and customer stakeholders
    • in providing post migration support
    • effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to managed services personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency
    • of projects to Managed Services teams

    Qualifications

    It is essential that Candidate should have strong, in-depth and demonstrable 6+ years of hands-on experience with the following experiences and technologies:

    3+ years of Experience in IaC using Terraform, Ansible & shell scripting

    Hands on experience with at least one scripting language - Python or Groovy

    Strong experience in Azure Site Recovery and Azure Migrate

    Direct experience of large Datacentre migrations to Azure or other Public cloud platforms

    Azure Microsoft certification

    Understanding of Database technology

    Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in Cloud and hybrid environments.

    Microsoft Azure Operational and Monitoring tools

    Knowledge Windows Virtual Machines

    Knowledge of Linux Virtual Machines

    • in DevOps tools deployment / migration Solid experience with at least one Continuous.
