    :

    Role and Responsibility:

    1. Monitorand analyze market trends for all contracted commodities (e.g., resin, ferrous& non-ferrous metals, polypropylene, etc.), collaborating with suppliers toobtain updated pricing for upcoming periods in accordance with contract terms.

    2. Obtainoffers for newly added items and accurately update the pricing mechanism.

    3. Efficientlymanage contracted commodities and foreign exchange updates in the system,ensuring update in SAP by coordinating with relevant teams. Track and reportvariances to the leadership team.

    4. Identifyopportunities to automate manual processes within the pricing mechanism,leveraging technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA programming,Macro programming, etc., to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    5. Collaboratewith the Sourcing Leader regularly to identify relevant categories for projectexpansion. Explore opportunities to replicate a similar model fornon-contracted commodities.

    6. Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives within procurement operations, utilizing SAPand other tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and facilitatedata-driven decision-making.

    7. PreparingRFQ documents including specifications and terms & conditions, identifypotential suppliers, manages the receipt of RFQ responses from suppliers,ensuring that responses are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

    8. EvaluateRFQ responses, conduct quantitative analysis, comparing bids, and assessing theoverall value proposition offered by each supplier. Negotiate with suppliersbased on Approved Authority Guidelines.

    9. Developand maintain detailed SOPs for procurement processes to streamline operations,ensure consistency, and capture procedural details effectively for referenceand training purposes.

    10. Establish and monitor SLAsto measure the effectiveness of sourcing activities. Regularly reportperformance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to managementand stakeholders.

    11. Develop, maintain, andenhance relationships with stakeholders, including understanding internalcustomer requirements, forecasting growth opportunities, preparing roadmaps,and building capabilities for future readiness.

    12. Actively participate inglobal Purchasing Support enhancement projects to drive continuous improvementand efficiency in procurement operations.

    Experience requirement: (Must Have)

    1. 03 to 07 years of purchasingexperience, preferably in the service delivery industry.

    2. Strong proficiency in Excel.

    3. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

    4. Knowledge of Process Automationapps such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Visual Basic programming , Pythonprogramming etc.

    5. Hands-on process automationprojects.

    6. Proficiency in the Mandarin(Chinese) language is preferred.

    Educational Qualification requirement:

    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering(any stream)

    Organizational Relationships:

    1. Reports to AM – Purchasing

    2. Regular interactions with GlobalPurchasing Organization Stakeholders and Suppliers.

    Theassociate should have the flexibility to work in shifts that may range from 6 am-3:30pmor 3pm to 11:30 pm OR in regular India working hours. (Subject to change)
