Perform routine accounting tasks, monitoring journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, process invoices, and ensure timely collections and payments.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to match transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, prepare and file periodic tax returns.
Monitor and control expenses, verify expense claims, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support financial analysis activities, including variance analysis and cost tracking, to provide insights for management decisionmaking.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Utilize accounting software and tools efficiently to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
