    Job Title - Network engineer

    Exp - 3 to 5 years

    Loc - Hyderabad


    Job Description:

    • Skilled administration of network systems
    • Plan, design, deploy, troubleshoot, and audit endtoend network solutions
    • Participate in engineering discussions, working with internal and external teams
    • Be an escalation point for our Tier 1 support
    • Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a multitude of communications platforms and technologies.
    • Work closely with other engineers and architects to develop technical documents, and to implement new technologies as part of largescale lifecycle programs and enterprise key initiative.
    • Track and resolve issues as they come in
    • Work with operations to understand and resolve network issues
    • Follow ITSM/ITIL procedures regarding changes and incidents
    • Communicate updates to necessary parties
    • Ownership, coordination, and collaboration for any issues brought to your attention to resolution
    • Manage escalations and expedite with vendors when necessary
