Description
Assists PMs in their administrative duties- Is the bridge between the PM and the Phone room to launch recruitment and prepare the updates for the client
- Prepares the paperwork and prints materials as needed
- Calls/reschedules respondents for projects, techchecks, etc.
- Prepares Internal recruitment grid (incl. Client grid) + additional columns for internal records (bank info, past par.)
- Setsup the projects in inhouse softwares (PM TOOL+SAMS) (setup, Homeworks, NDA)
- Creates Folder on network with project's materials as needed
- Pulls sample in SAMS / address research, etc.
- Checks the Past Participation (6 months) on preparation of Callins to remove all "bad" profiles.
- Is in charge of Clients' list preparation: list matching and loading into the call list.
- Tests Programmed screeners for CS/OSS before launch
- May send eblast to right sample size for ongoing projects
- Prepares the 2x or 3x a week recruitment grid for PM to send to client on progress of recruitment
- Uploads profiles for outside/external recruiters on SAMS or PM Tool (as Mass update)
- Confirms / reschedules respondents as needed
- Tracks participation on Blogs / online forums followed by phone calls when needed
- Does walkins for digital studies if Onboarding service sold to client
- Translates verbatims on Self Completion Forms (SCF)
- May purchase products for projects
- May call back late comers on a project (e.g., Traditional quantitative study)
- Helps in Admin tasks like get respondent's bank info, prepare contracts for Temp vendors, clean projects on SAMS, etc.
Requirements:
- Well versed and fluency in speaking French language
- Strong Client Service Orientation and Customer service driven
- Professionalism each time we speak/ liaise with someone (client/ respondent/ supplier etc) we are representing not only Sago UK, but Sago as a whole
- Time management tasks can often be time sensitive within the role, so the ability to manage yourself and your time, to ensure the wider team are aware of when/ how long something might take, and to alert the team (and your line manager) if you have too much on, so we are able to efficiently distribute
- Being a team player, ready to jump right into the position and hit the ground running
