    Description

    A sales manager manages an organisation's entire sales process. They are responsible for supervising sales plans and the performance of an organisation to achieve the expected growth. Their duties include developing sales strategies, evaluating the effectiveness of sales teams across various locations, and overseeing team members' performance.

    Tasks

    *Maintaining customer relationships

    *Establishing and hitting sales goals to boost income

    *figuring out how to make sure sales processes are efficient

    *Identify sales opportunities through consumer research.

    *Develop effective territory sales and marketing strategies.

    *Analyze data to identify the most effective sales techniques.

    Meet with customers to address issues and offer solutions.

    *Present products and services to potential customers.

    *Participate in industry or promotional events (such as trade shows) to

    foster customer relationships.

    *Provide training on sales techniques and company product attributes.

    *Evaluate sales performance based on KPIs.

    *Track rivalry inside the designated area.

    Requirements
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the Oil and Gas industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas market trends and customer needs
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
