    Role:Identity Access Management Consultant & Sr.Consultant
    Location:Hyderabad BangalorePune
    HybridMode Position
    Exp: 3 8years
    Theprimary responsibilities include:
    • Designingand implementing largescale identity and access management (IAM)solutions.
    • Collaboratingwith clients engaging with client teams in both onsite and offshoredeliverymodels.
    • Advanceddebugging and troubleshooting of issues including liaising withtechnologyvendors.
    • Contributingto eminence activities such as crafting whitepapers on IAMtechnologies.
    • Leadingrequirements gathering and design documentation through workshopsin onsite/offshore delivery models across multipleprojects.
    • Customizingconfiguring and developing IAM solution integrations based onrequirements and design while independently managing projectdeliverables to successfulcompletion.
    • LeadingIAM strategy engagements including IAM road map creation and vendorselection.
    • Supportingbusiness development efforts by aiding in request for proposal(RFP) and salesprocesses.
    • Leadingprocess compliance activities identifying and driving initiativesrelevant for project delivery while promoting reusability andassociatedbenefits.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Engineering Technology Management or equivalent.
    • 3 to 8years ofexperience.
    • Experiencein implementing at least two IAM engagements covering requirementsgathering analysis design development testing deployment andapplication support across platforms like Saviynt Okta ForgeRockSailPoint Oracle Cloud PAM CyberArk PingFederate Active DirectoryAzure AD Angular Developer and SpringbootDeveloper.
    • Proficiencyin advanced application integration with IAM solutions includingadvanced provisioning (e.g. multilevel workflows) single signon(WIA Forms HTTP) and PKIconcepts.
    • Familiaritywith technologies such as Java LDAP SSL RDBMS andLinux.
    • Strongunderstanding of web/application servers (IIS WebSphere WebLogicJBossApache).
    • Experiencein developing/configuring standard/custom IAM integrations usingJava .NET or other major scriptinglanguages.
    • Handsonexperience in development estimations sizing and custom IAMintegrations.
    • Advanceddocumentation and presentation skills wellversed with softwaredevelopment life cycleprocesses.
    • Abilityto create plan and execute advanced IAM trainings and independentlydrive proof of concepts involving emerging IAMtechnologies.
    • Exposureto process frameworks andmethodologies.
    • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
    Preferred:
    IAMtechnology certifications.
    PMPCISSP certification and exposure to other securitydomains.

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management,or equivalent. 3 to 8 years of experience.
