    About the role

    In this role you will work closely with the CTO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations and facilitate effective decision-making for organizational stability. You will play a critical role in enhancing cross-functional collaboration, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment across different departments and teams. An ideal candidate would be someone from an engineering background with an interest to delve deeper into the operational intricacies of businesses.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic technical initiatives in alignment with the company's goals
    • Drive operational excellence by optimizing business processes and workflows. Ensure that the Product's technical aspects aligned with the business, vision & mission
    • Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company; assess and evaluate technology tools to drive efficiency across teams
    • Ensure alignment and effective communication across different departments and teams
    • Work directly with the founders on existing business plans and agenda, develop innovation roadmap for the product and drive business growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (like tech, product, and GTM) to facilitate communication, drive new product initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and establish key business opportunities.
    • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization and make data-driven decisions
    • Employ advanced analytics to identify and address bottlenecks within tech processes
    • Spearhead recruitment efforts and cultivate a strong tech brand.
    • Identify and prioritize critical tech challenges based on comprehensive feedback from cross-functional teams.
    • Conduct benchmarking exercises against similar-stage companies to aid strategic decision-making.
    • Coordinate moonshot initiatives aimed at achieving significant technological advancements.

    Requirements

    • 4-8 years of experience in a similar multifaceted role such as Chief of Staff or Strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
    • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Comprehensive understanding of the technical landscape through direct involvement with tech initiatives
    • Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating ownership and accountability in driving initiatives within the founder's office
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
    • Comfortable in data-driven decision-making, and highly analytical -
    • Background in coding is a definite plus in this role
    • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving change, managing complex projects, and fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Good hands-on experience in managing stakeholders from cross-functional domains
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen understanding of business operations
    • Understanding of the SaaS business model or experience in early-stage startups will be a plus
