ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct inperson interviews.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth
onboarding of new hires.

  • Talent Acquisition Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and
procedures to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process.

  • Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, identify costsaving
opportunities, and ensure that the recruitment process is cost-effective.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Naukri, Shine, Linkedln etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be from bulk/volume hiring background and/or support hiring.
  • Should have very strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
