ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct inperson interviews.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth
- Talent Acquisition Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and
- Budget Management: Manage recruitment budgets, identify costsaving
REQUIREMENTS:
- Naukri, Shine, Linkedln etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be from bulk/volume hiring background and/or support hiring.
- Should have very strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
