- Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce components, including products, pricing, quotes, contracts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Generate insights and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing for large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce / ERP implementation and support projects.
- 3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in CRM, CPQ and Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in data management, security, and compliance
- A minimum of 1 Salesforce certification is a must.
- Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Billing Specialist are a plus.

As the Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce systems related to Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Billing.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and maximize the use of Salesforce to meet the organization's goals and provide best-in-class service for our customers.
