    Description

    Role : SAP EWM Lead Functional Analyst.

    Location : Noida/ Chennai.

    Experience : 8 to 11 years.

    Primary Skills : SAP EWM, Experience in Inbound and Outbound modules.

    - SAP EWM Functional experience between 8 and 11 years.

    - Minimum 1 E2E implementation & 2 support projects.

    - Experience in Inbound and Outbound modules.

    - Work self-directed and independently.

    - Able to lead and work as a subject matter expert in the EWM area.

    - Holistic understanding of EWM business processes with system design with variant config.

    - Integration knowledge of SD, MM, TM, PP, QM.

    - Experience in client-facing roles.

    - Strong technical and non-technical communication skills and customer-oriented behavior Very strong business problem-solving skills.

    - Good ITIL process knowledge and ready to work in support projects.

    - Ready to work in the multi-shift model (24X7).

    Responsibilities :

    System Implementation and Configuration : Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions, with a specific focus on De-centralized EWM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable SAP EWM configurations. Configure Inbound and Outbound processes within SAP EWM to align with business requirements.

    De-centralized EWM Expertise : Leverage expertise in De-centralized EWM architecture to design and implement warehouse solutions that cater to the specific needs of distributed operations. Ensure seamless integration between central and decentralized EWM instances.

    Inbound and Outbound Modules : Demonstrate hands-on experience in both Inbound and Outbound modules of SAP EWM. Optimize and enhance Inbound processes, including goods receipt, quality inspection, and putaway strategies. Streamline Outbound processes, including order processing, picking strategies, and shipment execution.

    Customization and Enhancements : Work on customizations and enhancements to meet unique business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to implement required enhancements and integrations.

    Testing and Validation : Conduct thorough testing of SAP EWM configurations to ensure system reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with end-users for user acceptance testing and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

    Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP EWM configurations, processes, and customizations. Provide training to end-users and support teams to ensure efficient system utilization.
