  • 15k to 25k**
    Key Duties & Responsibilities and Skills Required

Student Recruitment:
Actively seeking and recruiting prospective students for various aviation programs.

Promotional Activities:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the institute's courses and facilities

Customer Engagement:
Building relationships with potential students, addressing inquiries, and providing information about the institute's offerings.

Market Research:
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in aviation regulations to better tailor sales approaches.

Collaboration with Educational Consultants:
Partnering with educational consultants and agencies to expand outreach and attract a diverse student base.

Events and Workshops:
Organizing events, workshops, and campus tours to showcase the institute's infrastructure and create a positive impression.

Feedback Collection:
Gathering feedback from current and prospective students to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall student experience.

Sales Reporting:
Providing regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Continuous Training:
Staying updated on aviation industry developments and participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
