Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive IELTS lesson plans that cover all sections of the exam, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
Instruct students in language skills, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation necessary for the IELTS exam.
Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
Administer practice tests and mock exams to assess students' progress and readiness for the IELTS exam.
Analyze test results and provide strategies to enhance students' performance in specific sections.
Teach effective time management and testtaking techniques to help students optimize their IELTS experience.
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that builds students' confidence and fluency.
Stay updated with the latest changes and trends in the IELTS exam and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Create and curate study materials, exercises, and resources to support students' preparation.
Track and document student progress, attendance, and performance.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English language, demonstrated through a high IELTS score or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey concepts and provide feedback effectively.
Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or IELTS preparation courses.
Knowledge of IELTS exam content, format, and scoring criteria.
Ability to tailor instruction to students' individual needs and learning styles.
Familiarity with IELTS study guides, practice materials, and resources.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach to cater to diverse student backgrounds.
Previous experience as an IELTS instructor or tutor (preferred but not required).
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
