Description
Quickly troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with computers, networks, telecom, etc.

  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (e.g. printers).
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and computer equipment.
  • Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure usability.
  • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware.
  • Install and upgrade antivirus software to ensure security at the user level.
  • Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
  • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
  • Establish/maintain good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.
  • Conduct daily backup operations.
  • Manage technical documentation.

Minimum Education & Work Experience

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
  • 15 years experience as an I.T. Technician, computer networks and systems maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
From ₹400,000.00 per year
