- Build and manage strong partnerships with lawyers, law firms, consultants, payroll firms, and referral networks across India.
- Develop a consistent feeder ecosystem for leads and business referrals.
- Drive partnership outreach through meetings, calls, events, and networking forums.
- Support lead generation, maintain partner pipelines, and document interactions.
- Map potential alliance partners and represent the organization at industry events.
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding of referred clients and provide regular partnership performance updates.
- Experience in law firms, legal support, working with lawyers, executive search, payroll/outsourcing, or alliance‑based business development.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with lawyers, managing partners, consultants, and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of the legal ecosystem and how law firms operate.
- Exposure to alliances, partnerships, or channel/feeder models.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with high‑volume outreach.
- Graduate/postgraduate (LLB preferred but not mandatory).
- 6+ years of experience (mid‑level).
