A Talent Acquisition Intern will have a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources (HR) team's talent acquisition efforts and database management functions.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to gain practical experience in talent acquisition strategies and database administration within a dynamic organizational setting.

The intern will collaborate closely with HR professionals to enhance recruitment processes, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

Assist in generating and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports. Contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies based on data.
Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement in the database system. Propose and implement enhancements to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Familiarity with HR databases or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
