    Role Summary

    As a Growth Associate at Oly, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion in the retail analytics market. You'll leverage your skills in sales, marketing, and communication to generate leads, establish meaningful connections with potential clients, and enhance our brand presence through creative content. This position is ideal for a proactive and creative professional eager to make an impact in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Utilize your existing network, along with cold calling and emailing strategies, to generate new business leads.
    • Schedule and manage appointments with decision-makers to facilitate discussions led by senior management, ensuring all preparatory materials are impeccable.
    • Develop and maintain a consistent blog presence, writing about relevant topics that attract and engage our target audience, enhancing our thought leadership in the retail analytics space.
    • Execute targeted outreach programs on and through email campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead conversion.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, particularly within technology or retail sectors.
    3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    4. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
    5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    6. Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

    Preferred Skills

    1. Previous experience in content creation or blogging.
    2. Familiarity with the retail industry and its current trends.
    3. Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly .
