Job Description:

As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across your designated territory.

Your primary objective will be to increase product awareness, drive sales, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Promote our products to healthcare professionals through effective communication and product presentations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Organize and conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.

Provide accurate information about our products, including their features, benefits, and usage guidelines.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory to expand our customer base.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare regulations.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
