As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Online Bidder Trainee to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and growth in the digital marketing domain.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the basics of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Assist in researching and identifying potential projects and opportunities on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Participate in the bidding process by preparing and submitting proposals, bids, and quotations in response to client requirements.
Collaborate with the business development team to develop persuasive and competitive proposals that showcase Digital Dizeny's services and capabilities.
Assist in client communication and followup during the bidding process to address inquiries, negotiate terms, and secure projects.
Support the project management team in coordinating the onboarding process for new projects, including client kickoff meetings and setting project expectations.
Maintain accurate records of bids, proposals, and project details using CRM software or other tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and business development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Commitment to a oneyear term with the company.
Previous experience with online bidding platforms is a plus but not required.
