- Plan and execute SAP PP implementation/development/support activities.
- Manage full endtoend PP implementations (if applicable).
- Ensure smooth integration between PP and other SAP modules.
- Provide postgolive support for production issues.
- Production Planning Processes:
- Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- MaketoOrder (MTO)
- Repetitive Manufacturing
- Production Subcontracting
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Long-Term Planning (LTP)
- Material Planning
- Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes within SAP.
- Manage PP master data (production versions, bills of material, work centers, etc. ).
- Utilize Master Planning functions within SAP.
- Manage the creation, modification, and confirmation of production orders.
- Oversee the management and confirmation of process orders (if applicable).
- Material Management (MM): (Working knowledge required)
- Maintain Material Master data accuracy.
- Manage the ProcuretoPay cycle within SAP (if applicable).
- Understand material valuation and account determination processes.
- Possess a strong understanding of key integration points between PP and other SAP logistics modules (MM, WM, etc. ).
- Configure and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems using IDocs, RFCs, and other methods.
- Develop and implement enhancements to address productionrelated issues.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for production Extensive experience in Production Planning and a solid understanding of production processes.
- Proven experience in implementing, developing, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) modules.
- Experience with various SAP PP functionalities, including MRP, BOMs, routings, product costing, etc. (Experience with variant configuration is a plus).
- Working knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) modules is required.
- Experience integrating SAP with external systems is highly desirable.
