    Description
    Job Title: Account Manager

    Job Summary/Objective: The main goal of this position is to establish and nurture solid relationships with clients in order to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued partnership with the company. This entails grasping clients' needs and expectations, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively resolving any issues that may come up.

    Responsibilities/Duties in Client Management:
    • Coordinate with all SPOCs from beginning to end on a regular basis
    • Expand the pool of SPOCs from the current client base
    • Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
    • Participate in vendor meetings, calls, and quarterly SPOC gatherings
    • Guide the team by providing insights into the business landscape
    • Forecast hiring needs and prepare the team accordingly
    • Follow up with clients for feedback, updates, and other process-related issues
    • Oversee the entire process and tasks related to the client

    Data Management:
    • Monitor submissions and deliveries on a daily basis
    • Maintain and update master data in Excel and ATS
    • Compile statistical reports and present them to management as needed

    Revenue and Targets:
    • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
    • Create a plan of action to achieve revenue goals
    • Ensure both team and individual targets are reached

    Skills & Criteria:
    • At least 6 months of work experience
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting at least 75% of individual targets
    • Strong communication abilities
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Proficient in multitasking
