We are looking for an enthusiastic
Tele Sales Executive (UK Voice Process) to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Responsibilities For Tele Sales Executive

Following up with the customers.
Answering prospective customers calls as and when required.
Explain the product or service to potential customers
Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
Preparing the sales reports for future reference.
Create a customer database with all the required information.
Research, track, maintain and update leads.
Make outgoing calls to develop new business.
B2B Lead generation.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Have at least 1 year of experience in the Tele calling field preferably handling UK Clients.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
Proven record of successful completion of sales quota.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
