Your role:

We are looking for an
Architect, GRC Process Control to join our IT Project Department.

As part of this role, you will positively impact the GRC Projects and work globally together with internal & External business & audit stakeholders.


You will'¦

  • Design and implement GRC Process Control solutions to ensure effective access controls, risk management, and compliance monitoring within the SAP environment
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct system assessments, and provide technical expertise for GRCrelated projects
  • Configure and optimize access controls, segregation of duties (SoD) rules, and emergency access management (EAM) processes within the SAP landscape
  • Develop and maintain documentation(SOP) related to GRC process Control configurations, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Provide training and support to end users, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of Process Control functionalities and adherence to established controls
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of new GRC Process Control features and functionalities, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in governance, risk, and compliance
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of Process Control configurations to identify and address potential security and compliance gaps, ensuring the integrity of access controls and risk management measures
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including security, audit, and compliance functions, to support internal and external audits, address findings, and drive continuous improvement of GRC processes
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations, standards, and industry requirements impacting GRC, and translate these changes into actionable strategies and controls within the SAP environment

Who you are:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or technologyrelated field of study
  • 10 years+ of GRC experience (GRC 12.0 HANA 2.0 Preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex largescale S/4 transformations / digital transformation projects
  • Profound knowledge of GRC modules and integration surrounding modules other modules and satellite systems
  • Understanding of ERP Projects with GxP requirements
  • Familiar with various project methodologies (eg Agile)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Wellorganized, resilient, persistent personality, able to deal with complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent people person with a solid track record in managing international and multifunctional, multicultural teams in a matrix environment Excellent communication skills '" written and verbal and the ability to influence stakeholders globally, including at the executive management level
