Educational Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Undergraduate with at least 1824 months of international voicecalling experience.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

Work Experience:


  • 15 years of work experience in Direct Sales/Inside sales environments.
  • Alternatively Customer/Technical Support professionals with upsell experience.
  • Experience working in the digital marketing space is strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Provide consultations via telephone to advertisers and drive sales activities to achieve sales and productivity targets
  • Understand the advertiser's business requirements and accordingly formulate a Google Ads marketing solution to achieve their business objectives
  • Help customers better utilize their advertising budgets and derive maximum value from investments
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and keep them informed of new product features

Skills Required:


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with no traces of regional language.


  • Basic computer skills

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Logical reasoning | Articulation | Comprehension.
  • Gogetter and selfdriven | Take ownership of work assigned | Continuous learner | Targetoriented.
  • Passionate about customer success | Takes pride in their work.
  • Good planning, organizing, and execution skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Prior knowledge & handson experience on Google Ads & served agencies.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in selling/upselling to agencies.
  • Experience in pipeline management, revenue management, handling escalations, etc.
  • Good with Data analysis.
  • Provide a Marketing Plan (help in the growth of the business).
  • Goal oriented, driven for results.
  • Measures and reports the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) to the end customers.
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
