    Job Description - Digital Transformation Manager

    • Division: Digital Enterprise (DE)
    • Dept.: AUT
    • Level: DM/MGR
    • Location: Gurgaon

    Minimum Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech. or bachelor's degree with MBA (any specialization).

    JOB PURPOSE

    Responsible for overseeing digital transformation initiatives (Major Automations) from an AUT perspective across the organization. Manage end-to-end project activities, including tracking, reporting, and risk management.

    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Creating Business Value
      • Deliver major automation projects with required business value, quality, and benefits to the end user/customer.
      • Collaborate with business teams to create a value roadmap and detailed project plan.
    • Project Delivery
      • Monitor and ensure project delivery within set parameters like scope, timeline, and budget.
      • Conduct daily standups with the project team for progress updates and flawless execution.
      • Maintain project documentation and provide structured reports to management and stakeholders.
      • Engage regularly with business stakeholders and senior management to track project status.
    • Risk Mitigation
      • Identify potential project risks and plan mitigation strategies.
      • Timely escalate issues that could impact project delivery.
      • Record project learnings for continuous improvement.
    • Business Understanding
      • Suggest process enhancements based on business insights for more efficient project delivery.
      • Stay closely connected with business stakeholders.

    Technical Capabilities

    • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Strong domain knowledge, preferably in a Manufacturing company.
    • Skilled in MS Office and preferably experienced with tools like Jira for Project Management & Monitoring.
