    Department: AUT

    Level: DM/ MGR

    Location: Gurgaon

    Minimum Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech. or bachelor's degree with MBA (any specialization)

    JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for leading digital initiatives from Data & Cloud perspective, along with tracking and reporting on all projects/products under the DACL CoE and identifying risks and planning for the same. Responsible for executing DE governance mechanism for all projects/products to report against specific KPIs

    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Creating Business Value:
      - Delivering digital projects with necessary business value, ensuring quality and desired benefits to the user.
      - Developing a value road map and detailed project plan.
      - Understanding high requirements from various sources, critically evaluating them, and transforming high-level information into detailed user requests.
    • Project Delivery:
      - Defining a reporting structure and reporting regularly to the management, DACL CoE, and other senior stakeholders.
      - Taking corrective and proactive measures when necessary, monitoring delivery, and managing costs of data & cloud services.
      - Maintaining close communication with DACL Project Managers, partners, and business users.
    • Risk Mitigation:
      - Managing risks and issues, creating mitigation plans, and upgrading the MSIL Digital Project delivery governance model.
      - Incorporating learnings from projects into actions for continuous improvement.
    • Business Understanding:
      - Using business knowledge to propose changes to senior management and actively participating in their implementation.
      - Coordinating with stakeholders as needed.
    • Basic Data & Cloud Understanding:
      - Providing valuable inputs on enterprise data strategy.
      - Establishing a clear roadmap for data-driven decisions and understanding data usability.
      - Analyzing company databases for optimization and business strategy improvement.

    Technical Capabilities:

    • MS Office
    • Project Management and Monitoring tools such as Jira preferred
    • Basic Data Lake & Data Structuring
    • Basic Cloud Governance
    • Basic Data Governance
    • Program Management related certifications
    • Good knowledge of the project and program management landscape, tools, and methodologies
    • Strong domain knowledge with a Manufacturing company preferably
