• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.

• Experience in selling software solutions and channel network development.
• Familiarity with IT service and product sales processes.
