Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations via phone or online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling software solutions and channel network development.
- Familiarity with IT service and product sales processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
