Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) HR Intern to join our HR team.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening :
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Interview Coordination :
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Job Postings :
Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
Candidate Communication :
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering any questions.
Database Management :
Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and current information.
Administrative Support :
Provide administrative support to the TA team, including preparing reports, conducting background checks, and managing TA documentation.
Employer Branding :
Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as creating content for social media and organizing recruitment events.
Research and Analysis :
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
