As a Human Resources Intern at Styleyn, you will aid our HR department in handling a broad range of tasks.
Your duties will cover, but are not restricted to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Contribute to interviewing candidates regarding their background, education, and expertise.
Check references and contribute to conducting background verifications.
Assist in seeking exceptional personnel.
Notify applicants about employment specifics including perks and terms.
Contribute to hiring or recommending suitable candidates.
Participate in supervising recruitment campaigns, such as crafting and posting job advertisements.
Onboarding & Training:
Assist in ensuring a seamless onboarding procedure.
Contribute to organizing orientations for new recruits.
Support in training, advising, and mentoring our team members.
Employee Relations & Administration:
Aid in handling documentation for fresh hires and current staff.
Support in implementing and updating the firm's remuneration scheme.
Assist in drafting and revising job outlines.
Participate in carrying out yearly remuneration surveys.
Support in formulating, evaluating, and refreshing the organization's salary allocation.
Aid in formulating, evaluating, and refreshing the firm's appraisal system.
Assist in crafting, revising, and proposing personnel policies and protocols.
Support in updating and enhancing the firm's guidebook on protocols and procedures.
Aid in benefits management.
Help in maintaining affirmative action initiatives.
Contribute to employee relations consultations.
Participate in overseeing exit discussions.
Manage department records and reports.
Participate in administrative team gatherings.
Assist in managing the firm's directory and other structural charts.
Recommend new policies, strategies, and practices.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A strong passion for developing a career in Human Resources.
Exceptional communication and social abilities.
Capability to manage sensitive data with honesty.
Effective organization and attention to particulars.
Proficiency with Google workspace.
