    Job Description:

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fashion-forward company.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding processes.
    Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.


    Employee Relations:
    Support HR team in addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
    Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
    Help maintain positive workplace culture and morale.


    HR Administration:
    Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
    Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
    Help manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.


    Training and Development:
    Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
    Support the development and implementation of training programs.
    Monitor and track employee training progress.


    Compliance and Policy Management:
    Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    Support HR audits and compliance checks.


    Qualifications:
    Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Strong interest in Human Resources and the fashion industry.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
    Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
