The CEO will be responsible for driving the companysoverall strategic direction growth and operational excellence. Thisindividual will lead a diverse team collaborate with keystakeholders and ensure Handscart continues to innovate and thrivein the rapidly evolving ecommerce landscape.

JobTitle: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
KeyResponsibilities:

1. Developand implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives anddrive sustainable growth.
2. Oversee all aspectsof daytoday operations including supply chain management logisticsmanufacturing and customer service.
3. Collaborate with theexecutive team to define and execute longterm business strategiesensuring alignment with company goals.
4. Establish and monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performanceand identify areas for improvement.
5. Lead crossfunctionalteams to streamline processes enhance productivity and optimizeresource allocation.
6. Drive innovation andcontinuous improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edgein the market.
7. Buildand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders includinggovernment agencies suppliers and partners.
8. Ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and industry standards across alloperational functions.
9. Provide leadershipmentorship and guidance to the operations team fostering a cultureof accountability collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Operations Management or a related field;MBA preferred.Proven track recordof success in a senior leadership role with at least 2 years ofexperience in operations management.Demonstratedexpertise in developing and executing strategic plans drivingorganizational change and delivering measurable results.Strong analyticalskills and business acumen with the ability to leverage data toinform decisionmaking and drive operational improvements.Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the abilityto effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience workingin the ecommerce industry or a fastpaced startup environment ishighly desirable.Fluency in English;proficiency in other languages is a plus.Proven ability towork in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities effectively.
