    Description
    Big 4 is hiring for the position of Agile Coach / Scrum Master for Bangalore location


    • B. Tech/ BE minimum 10-16 years of total experience including significant experience being a Scrum Master and 4-6 years in Agile Coaching
    a) Effective able to drive learning culture through workshops, meetings and gamification techniques

    b) Has a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and organizational culture


    • Should have formal and/or informal education about coaching and strong mentor relationships
    • Should have background of project management
    • Should have experience of managing large teams with size of 100 people and budget of 1 million USD
    • Should be aware and leverages a rich set of facilitation, training and coaching tools, and models and knows when to apply them
    • Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making
    • Create an environment of mutual influence Understand and empathize with others
    • Encourage and support the personal development of each individual and the development of teams
    • Experience in product backlog management tools is highly desirable
    • One or more of certifications such as SAFe, LeSS, CSP, PSM-II, CEC, SPC, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF is a plus
    • Should have experience in implementing one or more Scaling Agile frameworks)
