    About the Position:

    Role: Onboarding Specialist (OBS)

    Job Location: Andheri (E),Mumbai

    Reporting to: Manager RPO

    Working Days: 6 days (Monday- Friday) WFO, Saturday's will be work from home.

    Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

     Oversee and participate in the client onboarding background check process, including assisting in the background check execution, tracking, and adjusting the process as needed based on any new requirements.


    • Salary discussion with selected candidates.


    • Assisting new hires and management process including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information as needed.


    • Releasing Offer letters.


    • Employee documentation.


    • Managing Joining Formalities.


    • Coordinate with Multiple Functions/Teams at the time of new joiners.
    • Maintaining recordsthrough our HRMS Software.


    • Other duties as assigned or required as per business needs.

    JOB DESCRIPTION - TAGGD TEAM

    Job Requirements:

    Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA)

    Experience: 2-8 Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.

    Desired Competencies:


    • Any Graduation.


    • Minimum 2 - 3 years of employee onboarding experience.


    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Outlook), HRMS System ATS.
    • Someone who does docs verification and data entry kind of role on a bulk basis.


    • Staffing Company/RPO experience is highly desirable.


    • Good Communication and Presentable skills.
